Conflict Day

In this conflict day, people will experiment with how they feel about conflict, how they behave in conflict situations. We offer a lot of safety to experiment with reactions to diffrent kinds of conflicts.

Audience

This workshop is for everyone that wants to learn about conflicts and there reactions to it. The model used in the workshop is valuable in every interaction between people and is usefull for everyone in a conflict especially with team conflicts. We will pay attention on how the leaders should deal with a conflict situation.
